How to hold an order?

Hold an Order

  1. Sales -> Sales Orders
  2. Go into Order View page
  3. Select "Hold" from "Status" dropdown

When order is on-hold:

  • You will not be able to include the order in a manifest.
  • All parcels created for the order will be marked as "hold".

Un-Hold an Order

  1. Sales->Sales Orders.
  2. Go into Order View page.
  3. Select "Un-Hold" from "Status" dropdown.
