Issue: I have just tried to add it to a new computer but it won't go past 'processing'.

Follow these steps:

• Logout MyPost Business
• Logout Shopify admin
• Restart the Google Chrome browser
• Login into your Shopify admin
• Open MyPost Business in separate tab and login.

Make sure both Shopify and Mypost page are in same browser. Open MyPost tab after shopify tab.
